We deliver with Ceska Posta. When the item is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail from us with a tracking number, which allows you to track your package.

If you do not collect your order within the stated collection period (typically 10 days), the package will be returned to us. For a refund, a new shipping fee of 5 EURO, - will be charged. This also applies if you have not received advice. According to the shipping provider, the customer is responsible for keeping an eye on a package they are waiting for.
